Did you know....
All properties offered for sale MUST have an EPC ordered prior to marketing.
All commercial properties for sale or rent must have a commercial EPC from point of marketing.
Fines for not complying are:
£200 per residential property per day for as long as it is believed to have been marketed,
£5000 for commercial properties advertised without an EPC being available.
